Mrs Lee Gemmell

Lee is the Clinical Director and dental implant surgeon at Newcastle Advanced dentistry and in addition to implant dentistry, Lee provides Botox® and other facial aesthetic treatments. She has a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Implant Dentistry.

Dr Alexander Howell

Xander joined the team in 2018 and has a postgraduate masters degree in endodontics (root canal treatment and keeping traumatised teeth alive). He is one of only a handful of dentists in the UK to have passed the Membership in Advanced General Surgery examination at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh.

Will splits his time between our Kingston Park practice and James Cook as a Speciality Doctor in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, carrying out oral surgery procedures, managing facial trauma and caring for those with oral cancer.

Dr Neal Heaher

Neal is a dentist with expertise in complex dental implant cases. He passed his postgraduate masters degree in Implantology with Distinction and is one of only a handful of dentists to pass the arduous Membership in Advanced General Dental Surgery examination at the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.

Neal accepts referrals for management of complex implant cases, bone grafting/ sinus surgery and failing implant cases.

Dr Matthew Quigley

Matthew qualified from Newcastle Dental School in 2021 and since then has undertaken further training in Invisalign, composite and ceramic restorations, occlusion and composite bonding. He has also completed training in dental sleep medicine and can provide anti-snoring and sleep apnoea devices.
